This time Prof. Dr. Markus W. Exler, Director of Department Corporate Restructuring at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences, Austria is in Galgotia University Campus. He is here to deliver a 30 hours course on Mergers and Acquisitions. The program has commenced from February-13 and will continue for next 5 days. The idea of the course is to understand importance of Corporate Restructuring with M&A activities to create value for the shareholder/stakeholder. This course requires basic understanding of financial accounting, finance, investment decisions and management accounting. The lessons are structured with a mix of theatrical input and working on real M&A case studies.
